报告摘要：First, we propose a new HIV infection model that considers the homeostatic proliferation of CD4+ T cells and CTL immune response. The system has a non-infection equilibrium, at most two boundary equilibria (strong infection and weak infection without CTL), and a unique interior equilibrium. The stability of each equilibrium is studied by analyzing the characteristic equation of the system. We showed that both the strong infection equilibrium and interior equilibrium can appear Hopf bifurcation inducing stable limit cycles. Secondly, we incorporate virus replication delay and CTL immune activation delay into previous ODEs model. The new findings show that virus replication delay can only destabilize the interior equilibrium. However, CTL immune activation delay can not only destabilize the interior equilibrium but also stabilize the interior equilibrium. Several bifurcation diagrams are provided to support the theoretical results.
报告人简介：董岳平，华中师范大学副教授，博士毕业于日本静冈大学。主要从事生物数学、微分方程理论及其在生物医学等领域中的应用研究。先后在 American Naturalist, Journal of Theoretical Biology, BMJ Open, Applied Mathematical Modelling, Nonlinear Dynamics等学术期刊上发表SCI论文30余篇，主持2项国家自然科学基金项目和1项湖北省自然科学基金项目。
